Frozen Fruits and Vegetables

Freezing is carried out in IQF freezing in sub-zero tunnel freezer of capacity 2 tons/hour; in sub-zero tunnel freezer - 4 pieces at -35ºC. The ready produce is stored in freezing chambers of total area 2500 sq. m. at -20ºC and freezing chambers of total area 1000 sq. m. at zero temperature.
